NOTE: Only on-line registration will be accepted via the website. Registration via paper must be arranged if necessary and a $10 processing fee will apply and must be paid prior to the start of the season.

Per SFFOA By-Laws, Membership is by application, certification of registration with the FHSAA, or establishment of good moral character and payment of prescribed fees. This form must be submitted without appropriate fee will not be processed.

Online Registration (June 1 - August 31, 2022) - $50.00

In-person paper registration Add $10.00

Late Registration (after August 31st) - $80.00*
